This puppy is registerable with the American Kennel Club and is sold with FULL/LIMITED (circle one) registration status.  LKF  has made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy and guarantees that all vaccinations and dewormings are current at the time of sale.  A vaccination record will be provided as verification of events.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of taking possession of this puppy. If this puppy is found to have a LIFE THREATENING congenital defect at this exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given when available.  The puppy must promptly be returned to us with the ORIGINAL AKC REGISTRATION.  A signed document from a licensed veterinarian must accompany the puppy stating the defect and it will need to be discussed with a veterinarian of SELLERS choice before any exchange will be granted.  SELLER is not responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Bordatella virus after 72 hours, as these are viral diseases easily contracted immediately after leaving our home.  We implore common sense to the BUYER to not take the puppy to any public areas or around other puppies until the vaccination schedule has been completed. WE HAVE NOT BRED ANY DOGS SINCE 2006.  MAYBE SOMEDAY WE CAN HAVE OUR  BUSINESS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN.

SELLER further guarantees the puppy for 6 months (from the date of purchase) against life threatening congenital defects. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanized without SELLER'S knowledge and consent.  Under no circumstances will the SELLER be responsible for veterinary or medical bills incurred. 

Buyer swears that purchase of this animal will remain solely in their custody.  BUYER further swears no to be associated with a pet shop or animal broker.  BUYER also agrees to care for this dog in a humane manner and swears to keep the puppy as an indoor animal.  Meaning the animal will not be tied to a chain and left outside all day.  By signing to this contract the BUYER agrees to regularly vaccinate the animal against viral disease, such as the DHLPP unless a licensed veterinarian uses a different vaccine protocol.  Heartworm prevention is also extremely important. 

LKF will accept this puppy back at ANY time the BUYER declines to keep said dog.  SELLER is NOT obligated to refund any or the entire purchase price except as stated in conditions above.

At the time of sale, this puppy meets all guidelines for the STANDARD set forth by  AKC.  SELLER offers no guarantee that this puppy does not have disqualifying faults now or will develop any at a later date preventing showing of the puppy or prohibiting breeding. SPAYING/NEUTERING is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will help reduce temperment issues, unwanted litters, life-threatening cancers and housebreaking issues, in some cases.

ANY puppy sold to a SHOW home must be shown, unless something happens to the puppy which prohibits it from entering the show ring.  SHOW puppies AKC registration will remain in SELLER'S name until the dog has received it's championship. ALL SHOW puppies will retain our name in the prefix of the AKC registered name.   Any puppy sold as a SHOW puppy and is not shown, will be denied the AKC registration. BUYER has 1 year from the date of purchase to begin showing the animal.
